At FloatBuds™, we want you and your little swimmer to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned, and we're here to help make it right. 💙

2. Our Commitment to You

We stand behind the quality of our floatsuits. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.

3. 30-Day Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues with your order.

To be eligible for a return, your FloatBuds™ floatsuit must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If you need to exchange or return your floatsuit, please get in touch with us first and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem! Contact us at contactfloatbuds@gmail.com and we can assist you.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your FloatBuds™ floatsuit arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contactfloatbuds@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We'll make it right for you.

For faulty or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs and provide either:

• A full replacement, or
• A full refund

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Floatsuits that have been worn in water
• Items with removed tags
• Items not in original condition or missing parts
